Order processing can take up to 3-5 days depending on the volume of orders so we really appreciate your patience. After your order has been placed, it could take 1-3 business days to receive a confirmation & tracking number via email. Rainy Day Dreamz is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees for orders shipped outside of the US.
Pickup Policy
Local pickup is now available for free, so if you’re local to the Isle of Wight, VA area you can now choose pickup at checkout! The pickup location & business hours will be provided when you choose the pickup option. You will be able to pickup your order during regular business hours.
Do you accept returns?!
As of right now we do not accept returns. We take customer satisfaction very seriously so if you received a damaged or incorrect item we will happily give you a refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please provide us with a photo of your item via email. If you have any other issues feel free to contact us.
